The Andre Riou case is seriously disappointing. Comparing two VERY
different products. Like saying you can save money in motorbike
manufacturing comparing it with bicycle manufacturing. Lesson: talk about
    you are competent about.

It’s certainly a great strategy as it considers the external environment of
a company as well as the internal. I’m not sure though how it can be
applied to public sector services such as water and electricity! Would it
be limited to cost minimization? As trying to attract noncustomers (people
who don’t have access to reticulated or treated water) may involve
    significant or expensive capital input.

It looks like an example of Andre Riou was played but was cut so she’s now
referencing a video which youtube viewers haven’t seen.
